Processing Time & Delivery Schedule
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Total delivery time = Processing time (1–3 business days) + Transit time

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment (excluding processing time).
Express Shipping: Not available at this time.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs a flat rate of $5.95

Please note: customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are not covered by us and may be charged separately.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the buyer (such as absence at the time of delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to accept) and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a return or withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit if sent without tracking.
