Return & Withdrawal Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return and withdrawal rights differ depending on where you are located. Please read the relevant section below.

 

General Information

Glowletix is a company based in the United States and sells products worldwide.

Customers located in the European Union (EU) may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving their order.

Customers located in the United States may request a cancellation or return within 5 days after receiving their order.

Outside these periods, returns are generally not accepted.

Please note that, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise, there is no automatic or unconditional right to return products. All requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase or request a return, you must notify us within the applicable period:

• EU customers: within 14 days of receiving the order
• USA customers: within 5 days of receiving the order

After receiving your request, we will review it and provide further instructions if the return is accepted.

Items must not be returned without prior confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases including, but not limited to:

• Signs of use or wear
• Missing or incomplete original packaging
• Returns requested outside the applicable period
• Products not meeting the return conditions

As a general rule:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A flat return handling fee of $5.95 USD may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the return is approved due to our error (for example, defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping & Tracking

All returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit if no tracking information is provided.

Please keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been completed.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging
• Be shipped within 5 days after receiving return instructions
• Show no signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or legally required:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Swimwear and underwear for hygiene reasons

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Any applicable deductions, including return fees, will be clearly communicated.
