Glowletix is a company based in the United States. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or automatic right of return under EU or other international consumer protection laws.
However, we offer customers worldwide the option to request a return. Each request is reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, especially in cases of:

Items may only be returned after you have received our confirmation.
Return Shipping Costs
As a general rule:
If the reason for return is not approved by us, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
A flat return fee of:
$5.95 USD
will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the return is approved due to our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping & Tracking
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without tracking.
Please keep your shipping receipt for your records.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned goods.
Any applicable deductions (such as return fees) will be clearly stated.
